7 Rounds for Time:
10 Push-ups
14 Air Squats
10 Burpees
14 Air Squats
WOD #2
5rds For Time:
200m Run* (1min Jog OR 25 Jumping Jacks)
10 Dips (use a chair or couch)
20 Alt. Jumping Lunges (Reg Lunges)
30 Sit-Ups/Crunches
*Estimated 200m is totally fine or get crazy and do a 400m/0.25mile RUN!
