All sets at 88-94%

or 5% more than last time

Every 90sec.

3rds For Time:

15 DB Deadlift (2x50/35)

12 DB Front Rack Lunges (2x50/35)

9 Strict Handstand Push Ups

Unfortunately, this year will be different than before. Due to the County's covid19 protocols for fitness centers we will not be able to have our normal Friday night lights. HOWEVER!! That does not mean this will not still be a ton of fun!! Just like in years past we will do each workout during every one of Friday's class times. Each class will run heats to insure you have judge and we will run the workouts competition style. Get pumped!!
