5 Strict Press

5 Dips

5 Push Press

5 Push Jerks

1. Every 3min For 21min (7rds)

12 (6ES) Dumbbell or Kettlebell Hang Cleans

6 Burpees

12 (6ES) DB or KB Push Jerks

10 Tuck Jumps or box jumps

*Rest remainder of 3min

Body Weight:

15 Superman Pulse for Cleans

10 Pike Push Ups for Push Jerks
