CrossFit was started in California by Greg Glassman. Greg was a gymnast that was looking for ways to get stronger, faster and more fit while continuing to specialize in his sport. CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. Every day features a new workout and can be modified to help any fitness level and age.
New to CrossFit?
First of all, welcome! We strive to make all our new members feel confident and safe when joining our CrossFit community. In order to do this, we introduce you to CrossFit through our FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM. This 2-week program teaches you the correct form, techniques, safety, modifications, lingo, and more.
