1st five sets w/ reset at the bottom.

1 set of 5 reps at 45%

1 set of 4 reps at 60%

1 set of 3 reps at 70%

1 sets of 2 reps at 75%

1 set of 2 reps at 82% w/reset at the bottom

-then-

2 sets of 2 reps at 85% Or 5-10lb more than last time 6/5. No reset needed
