Burpee for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds

Row/Bike for 20 seconds, rest 40 seconds

Sit Ups for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds

Burpee for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds

Row for 20 seconds, rest 40 second
