5 sets of 5 reps.

All sets at 75% of 1RM


2. 4 x 4-minute rounds,

for max calories/reps of:

Goblet Squat for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds

Burpee for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds

Row/Bike for 20 seconds, rest 40 seconds

Sit Ups for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds

Burpee for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds

Row for 20 seconds, rest 40 second
