MEET AT THE GYM AT 9AM IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CARAVAN UP OR

MEET AT THE BASE 10AM!

MAKE SURE TO REGISTER BELOW.

Note Saturday 8am class will be 45min instead of 60min



Deadlifts

1 set of 5 reps at 45%

1 set of 4 reps at 60-65%

1 set of 3 reps at 70-75%

1 sets of 2 reps at 75-80%

1 set of 2 reps at 83%

3 sets of 2 reps at 85% Or same weight as last time 7/7
