Stop comparing yourself to others. We all try not to, but we are all guilty of comparing ourselves to others. Even if it is unconscious, it is important to stop. While the person next to you in class or on Instagram might motivate you, constantly comparing yourself can lead to negative thoughts and habits. Those negative thoughts can lead to depression, jealousy, and burnout and can make you forget why you started in the first place. Comparing yourself to others blinds you of your own strengths, happiness and growth and can make you doubt yourself. Believing in yourself without comparison is the key to success. STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHERS TO UNLOCK YOUR FULL POTENTIAL.
