Sumo Deadlift
3 warm up sets
then
4 sets of 5 reps,
Every rep w/ 3 sec down and a reset at the bottom
All sets at 75% 1RM or same weight as last time 2/12
7min AMRAP
14 Burpees
20 Air Squats
