Front Squats
5 sets of 3 reps:
1 rep pause front squat + 1-1/4 Front Squat + 1 Front Squat
Start at 55%, Adding
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
1 Pull-Up
2 Alt. Pistol Squats
3 Pull-Ups
4 Alt. Pistol Squats
5 Pull-Ups
6 Alt. Pistol Squats
7 Pull-Ups
8 Alt. Pistol Squats
…and so on, following the pattern.
