Things to know. PLEASE READ!
1. Friday Night Classes will be ran as heats for the next three Fridays! Anyone can go to those heats (you do not need to be registered for the open). All other class times on Friday, as normal.
2. Everyone signed up for the open will be split into two teams to compete as a team. Your team captain will email you Thursday evening.
3. Each week will have a fun theme!
4. There will be TWO extra events outside of the three workouts where your team can earn points!
